Return Policy

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

1. Call our Customer Service Team toll free at 1-877-205-7125.
2. Tell the representative which item(s) you’d like to return and the Purchase order or invoice number the items were placed or billed on.
3. They will then send you an email with the RMA number and the instructions on where to ship the product back too. We have many warehouse locations.
4. Your return will recieve an in-house credit.
5. Returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee, Items that have markings, scratches, plumber’s putty or in any way show signs of installation, alteration, or mishandling are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will not be given for defective parts. Defective parts will be replaced, See warranties.

Sending Your Package
1.Pack the item in its original box or packaging. All items being returned must be in new condition.
2.Use the original shipping box, if possible, or any sturdy, plain cardboard box.
3.Remove or cover up any pre-existing labels or stickers.
4.Print the RMA number and return address label included in the email’s attached PDF file and attach it to the box with clear packing tape.
5.Seal your box completely, making sure the item is secure for shipment.
6. Ship FedEx or UPS the item back to us. Luxuria Hardware is not responable for the freight unless approved by us. Track your return, as we cannot be
responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns.

Getting Your In-House Credit:
Allow 7 days for your package to arrive at our fulfillment center.
Within 48 hours, your return will be processed back into our inventory. (In-House credits are processed same-day as received)
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items - Custom work or special order items at the time of sale are not returnable.
